Aboard the Velocean
Where we are diving
You’ve reached the ocean floor, pinnacles tower above you as schools of fish race by. You’re surrounded by walls of vibrant colors. You’ve never seen anything quite like it. You continue your journey through the garden of coral excited about what you’ll see next.
Indonesia is made up of thousands of islands, some inhabited and many not. Our dive adventures will take us to popular dive sites- Koon Island, Ambon, and Raja Ampat. Each with its own unique charms and qualities.
Raja Ampat, meaning Four Kings, is made up of 1,500 small islands. The area is known as one of the best diving destinations in the world. Around 75% of all known coral species have been found here and are bursting with marine life. Koon Island is the biggest coral fish breeding area in East Indonesia. Pygmy seahorses, manta rays, and schools of fish run rampant through the crystal clear waters. Grab your camera, because this is a scene you will not want to miss. Ambon is where you can find some of the best muck diving in the world. You’ll enjoy exploring the black sands for small and unique creatures that inhabit the area.

I am so excited to travel with you to Indonesia! Raja Ampat is one of the best dive destinations I have ever been to. The marine life is incredible and there is no shortage of vibrant colors of coral. The Velocean is truly one of the most luxurious liveaboards out there. It allows us to reach pristine waters not often traveled to. It will be a blast cruising the ocean in style. April 2023 cannot come soon enough!

What prior travelers say
“This trip is FABULOUS! Diving in Indonesia is like nowhere else. The reef is so healthy and beautiful. We saw pygmy seahorses, manta rays, and everything in between including wobbegong sharks and even the epaulet sharks out walking around. It took 14 years of diving to find a place I will actually call my ‘favorite place to dive in the world’ – INDONESIA!”
