Meet our team

Angie Fuller

Advanced Open Water Instructor

My love for diving started with my dad, a Navy diver in Vietnam, teaching me how to snorkel in our swimming pool. After my first successful pool dive, I was hooked. I am a level 8 diver and my husband Joe and I both instruct for Diventures; we love sharing our passion for diving with others. My favorite sea creature is the seahorse, and my latest focus has been on digital videography and capturing the action to share with others back on land.

Dale Jensen

Divemaster Instructor

I started diving in 2012 and I just want to get wet, everything else is just a surface interval. When I am not diving you can find me golfing, skiing, or riding my motorcycle. As a Divemaster Instructor, I am looking forward to providing an enthusiastic and thorough teaching style to promote a positive, relaxed, and fun learning atmosphere. I enjoy the trips to warmer waters like Florida, Mexico, and Honduras. However, I will dive anywhere at any time and would be happy to go diving with you at many of our local dive sites, or even in your backyard pool!

“The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing” – Socrates
With that quote at heart, I seek knowledge wherever I can. Learning has become my passion, with that passion comes teaching what I’ve learned. With 10+ years of biology and medical background, I look forward to learning and applying that knowledge to diving and be able to instruct diving in the future. I’ve been diving since August of 2020 and have already logged several dives and look forward to sharing my love for the water and diving with others!

Jeff Hynek

Assistant Instructor

I was so confident about my ability and love for diving, that I actually purchased a total dive package before signing up for my first class. I showed up to the pool with every piece of dive equipment I would ever need, even had it all in a travel dive bag. That was in 2007. I never stopped taking classes and advancing my career. I became a dive professional in 2009. Now I dive with two of my kids who are certified also. My first dive in the ocean was with sharks in the Bahamas. I dove in Guam, the only place in the world where you can touch a WW1 and WW2 shipwreck at the same time.  The earth is 70% water, might as well get under those waves and see what’s going on!

I am very excited to be part of the Diventures team. I love sharing my diving experiences and travels with others and hope to inspire them to start their own diving adventures!

Patrick Waters

Advanced Open Water Instructor

I learned to scuba dive in 2007 by taking a college scuba diving course. Little did I know when I took that “Easy A” course in college, I would be teaching the very same college class four years later. My favorite thing about teaching people to dive is seeing the look of excitement as they take their first breath underwater.
