Drift Diving Adventure

Where we are diving

Join us in Cozumel for a great dive getaway that is perfect for divers and non-divers alike. Thanks to the current that sweeps through Cozumel, divers get the chance to see some of the healthiest coral reefs in the world. You might spot an eagle ray, green turtle, or the endemic spotted toadfish.

When you experience diving with Dive House you will never have to lift a finger. After you put your gear on the boat the first day, the wonderful staff will take it off the boat and you will find it in the exact same spot the next day. Talk about service! Join trip leaders, Dwain Gardner and Mary Stanford for a great drift diving experience.

Dwain Gardner

Dwain Gardner, Trip Leader

After the first day of scuba class, he knew what he wanted to do with his life. For four and a half years, Dwain helped teach a course at the University of Missouri, then continued to teach scuba and managed several dive stores before starting Capt. Nemo’s Dive Shop 36 years ago. Now, 42 years after that first scuba class, Dwain enjoys giving newcomers the same inspiring experience he had in his first lesson, teaching beginning students and helping over 2,000 divers become certified.

Mary Stanford

Mary Stanford, Trip Leader

She has been diving since 1984 and feels like she “can’t live without it.” Mary has been an active instructor since 1992 and loves teaching scuba. She and her husband, Dwain, have owned and operated Capt. Nemo’s Dive Shop in Columbia, Missouri, for over 30+ years and introduced thousands of people to scuba and conducted close to 100 escorted diving trips to the Caribbean and the Pacific Ocean.

What prior travelers say

“Fiesta Americana and Dive House are sure to have you wanting more. Each time I stay with them I am already planning my next trip back. Fiesta Americana has 7 restaurants to choose from, most rooms with an ocean view, a swim-up bar, and everything is included. It is perfect for families, couples, or single divers!

Dive House continues to impress me with their ability to find the best creatures, best dive sites perfect for our group, and not to mention the valet diving is hard to beat. Every day upon returning to the dock the staff grabbed my equipment, washed it, would store it for the night and it was right back in my spot for me the next day. I cannot say enough great things about staying and diving with Fiesta Americana and Dive House.”
