Diventures Announces Another Transformational Geographic Expansion with the Acquisition of Scuba Professionals of Arizona

Now the only “local dive shop” with National Coverage

OMAHA, Nebraska (March 3, 2022) – Omaha, Nebraska-based Diventures, the nation’s largest and fastest-growing network of swim and scuba centers, announced another transformational expansion, with the acquisition of Scuba Professionals of Arizona / Arizona Dive Center, in Phoenix, Arizona.

We’re excited to announce yet another transformational geographic expansion, this time to the west and the Phoenix market,” says Dean Hollis, founder of Diventures. “The acquisition of Scuba Professionals of Arizona is personally rewarding for me, as Phoenix is where I lived for two years and achieved my SSI Dive Control Specialist rating in 1991. It is also exciting for the entire Diventures family, as it represents another major strategic milestone in Diventures’ aggressive growth plan. This acquisition gives Diventures the broadest geographic coverage in the Scuba and Swim industry. Diventures will now be “your local dive shop” for scuba enthusiasts from coast to coast. I also want to recognize and thank Paul Wagenseller for his decades of contributions to our industry. Paul truly is a diving icon in the Phoenix market and the industry overall.”
