To Our Madison Scuba Community:  

It has been an honor to share our passion for the ocean with you and get to teach new divers, help you find the best gear for your adventures, and go diving with you! When we acquired Madison Swim Academy in 2017, expanding into scuba programming was a priority for us. We are so grateful to all the divers who trusted us with their training, gear and trips, and to the thousands of families who chose Diventures for swim lessons over the last nine years.  

 Unfortunately, a combination of rising operating costs, increasing labor expenses, and facility maintenance demands has created many challenges for our business, and we have made the difficult decision to close our operations at the end of July.  

What’s this means for you:  

• Retail store: Our store remains open through July 31. If you’ve been eyeing some gear, come in and shop our closeout pricing.  

• Gear service: If your gear is in need of service, one of our other Diventures locations would be happy to help you. We have certified technicians in Battle Creek, Michigan, and Omaha, Nebraska who can work on nearly all scuba brands.  

• Certifications & Classes: If you are currently enrolled in a course, our team will be reaching out directly to ensure you have a clear path to completing your training or transitioning your certification details to another Diventures location or a different local shop.  

• Gift Cards: You can use your gift cards through July 31 at our store. Gift cards are also valid for any purchases on our online store at ShopDiventures.com.   

 Staying connected and helping divers: 

While our location in Madison is closing, you are still part of our Diventures dive family! If you are looking for a dive trip, you can check out our full schedule of pre-planned trips. If you need gear after July, don’t hesitate to shop our online store for quality products and free shipping. Want to meet other divers?
