To Our Madison Swim Families:

For nearly a decade, it has been our honor to provide a safe, fun, and welcoming space for our community to learn to swim. Since we purchased Madison Swim Academy in 2017, we have taught thousands of students to be safe and confident around the water.

Unfortunately, a combination of rising operating costs, increasing labor expenses, and facility maintenance demands has created many challenges for our business, and we have made the difficult decision to close our operations at the end of July.

To our loyal families and swimmers: We will miss you more than you can imagine. It’s been a true privilege to watch your children progress, grow, and have fun in the water. We can’t thank you enough for trusting Diventures with their swim lessons.  

To our incredible teaching team: Your passion for the water is what made this place special. You didn’t just teach skills, you saved lives and sparked joy on the pool deck. Thank you for your dedication.   

What’s Next:  

• Final Lessons: Swim lessons will continue through July 31. We encourage customers to attend these final classes to celebrate their swimmer’s progress and finish the summer strong.  
• Credits & Refunds: Any credits on account as of August 1 will be automatically refunded to the payment method on file. If we need billing information to process, we will contact you directly.  
• Continuing Your Swim Journey: We want to ensure your children keep swimming. We are actively collaborating with a local trusted swim school and will share more in the coming weeks on any transition offers or referral details.
