Our team members and customers keep us in business, and we want to thank everyone for your understanding and support; now more than ever! As our group swim lessons are currently suspended, we wanted to provide an update regarding your monthly billing. Our team is in the process of crediting your account for the lessons missed in March. As monthly billing occurs at the first of every month, we will hold your swimmer’s spot and pause billing until we can resume lessons. When we resume lessons, we will first apply your March credits, then resume billing, pro-rating as necessary. While we don’t yet know when we can resume lessons, we are closely monitoring the situation and as soon as we know, we will notify you right away. We miss our swimmers and are working hard behind the scenes using this time to polish up our facility and provide supplemental training to our staff. We’re looking forward to your return!
